Light 4 Life workshop

The International Day of Light is held on May 16th every year to promote the public understanding of how light and light-based technologies touch our daily lives and are central to the future development of global society.

To mark this special occasion, we organized the one-day workshop LIGHT 4 LIFE at the Department of Physics and Astronomy, offering a unique opportunity to delve into the state-of-the-art of Padua University research in the fields of optical devices, platforms, and techniques for advanced microscopy and light-based technologies for life sciences.

The event has the Patronage of the Italian Society of Physics (SIF), the Italian Society of Optics and Photonics (SIOF), and the University of Padova.
